Partnership Development
Resource Development
Energy, industrial and infrastructure projects happen on territory. How the relationship is handled at the outset shapes everything that follows.
Our role
Support, on Whichever Side We Are Engaged.
For Nations, we support communities pursuing participation in resource projects on their own terms. That means good information on what a project involves, what it is worth, and what forms of participation are available, so that leadership can make its own decisions.
For proponents, we support companies in building relationships that respect Indigenous rights, protocols and community priorities. That means understanding the territory you propose to work in, preparing properly before you engage, and following through on what you commit to.
We do not obtain consent on anyone's behalf, and we do not speak for any Nation. Communities speak for themselves.
Sectors
Where We Work.
Energy
Oil and gas, pipelines, transmission and generation projects across Western Canada.
Industrial
Industrial construction, operations and the supply chains that serve them.
Infrastructure
Roads, access, utilities and the public and private infrastructure that projects depend on.
How we help
From Engagement to Participation.
Our team has deep experience across Indigenous relations, economic development, project and supply chain management, and the energy and industrial sectors. We bring that experience to the relationship between a Nation and a proponent.
In practice, that means helping move the conversation from consultation alone toward participation: employment, procurement, partnerships and, where a Nation chooses it, ownership.
Start a conversation
Tell us what you are working on.
Whether you are a Nation weighing a development opportunity or a company entering a new territory, the first step is a conversation — not a proposal.
